Description
Enamelled mixing tank, volume 4800L, of premium quality, ideal for the formulation / preparation of mixtures in corrosive environments. Email in excellent condition (has been little used, and as a mother juice recipe from a spinner)
Configuration:
- Max. operating pressure PS -1/+6 Bar •
- Max. operating temperature TS -25/+200 °C
- CRYO-LOCK* agitator, with 2 turbine levels type TBX, ∅ 760 mm (4 blades)
- 2 beavertail counter-blades, one of which incorporates a temperature probe
- Mechanical seal with Interseal Dry9000 lip seals. Nitrogen lubrication
- Foamglas® insulation (superior quality), stainless steel welded shell. So chargeable as is on cradles.
- Enamel condition: excellent. PPG PHARMAGLASS premium "light blue" special enamel**.
The set includes the equipment file and a second spare stirring shaft (spare part) Cryo-Lock total length 3949mm in 2 levels with stirring head diam.100mm

Remarks
* The shaft is cooled with liquid nitrogen for the insertion of the blade modules. Once cooling is complete, the shaft expands and the blade module locks.
** Advantage of "light blue" enamel over white enamel (manufacturer information): does not absorb light inside the device:
• Allows visual detection of white films of product residues in the tank during the cleaning phase.
• Better resistance in alkaline environments (longer life per acid/base cycle).
• No heavy metals in PPG enamel, making it ideal for FDA applications.
• Low roughness (Ra)

Pick-ups will be mandatory by appointment from May 25 to June 30.
A cost of dismantling, packaging (palletizing with plastic film or cardboard), provision with loading on an adapted vehicle will be imposed and the price of the service will be visible on each lot (Additional costs).
➡️ Without making an appointment, no equipment can be delivered on site.
➡️ Pick-ups can only be done with adapted vehicles.
