Reserve Price Filter: You can now filter auction results based on the reserve price status. Choose between: No reserve price; Reserve not met; Reserve met. This helps you quickly find the lots that match your bidding strategy and risk preference.
Redesigned Lot Details Page: We’ve refreshed the Lot Details Page with a cleaner, more structured 3-column layout. Key information—such as title, price, specifications, logistics, and conditions—is now much easier to scan.
This update helps you understand what you’re bidding on faster and with more confidence.
Clearer Invoice Credit Emails: When a credit is issued due to “Retain VAT,” buyers now receive a clearer and more accurate email notification to avoid confusion.

Bug Fixes:

No More Favoriting Closed Lots: Buyers can no longer add closed lots to their favorites, helping keep the favorites list relevant and focused on active items.

Radius Filter on Categories: User can now filter lots by distance directly on Category pages, making it easier to find nearby auctions or plan purchases by region. The available radius options are 25, 50, 100, and 250 km, helping users quickly discover relevant results without being limited by regional boundaries.
Chassis Number Privacy: To protect sensitive vehicle information, chassis numbers (VINs) are no longer displayed publicly on storefronts. They remain stored internally and appear on invoices when legally required.
New Image Viewer and Zoom: User can now view and zoom lot images in a cleaner, full-screen experience, allowing them to inspect items in greater detail and bid with more confidence.
Automatic Buyer Unblocking: When a user's outstanding balance reaches zero, bidding access is now automatically restored without manual intervention. This provides a smoother experience for buyers and reduces waiting times.
Payment Confirmation Email: User will now receive an email confirmation as soon as their payment has been successfully processed, giving them immediate clarity that their transaction was completed.
Clearer Payment Instructions: Each payment option now includes a short step-by-step guide explaining how to complete the process, reducing confusion and improving the overall checkout experience.

Radius Filtering on Search: Users can now filter results by distance from a chosen city, making it easier to find nearby lots or plan purchases by region. The radius option can be selected from 25, 50, 100, and 250 km. This reduces search time and surfaces more relevant results, regardless of regional borders.
FAQ on My Purchases Page: a FAQ section is now available on the My Purchases page, where users can quickly find answers to common questions about payments. This helps users to quickly find relevant answers during the payment journey when questions might arise.
iDEAL Payment Error Messaging: A new message has been added for iDEAL payment failures to prevent users from transferring funds to the intermediary iDEAL account instead of the official TBAuctions account. This update addresses complaints from users who have sent payments to the wrong account.

Payment Verification Step during Registration: Introduced a payment verification step in the registration flow for newly registered users. Users must verify a payment method before gaining access to bidding, helping reduce non-serious participants on our platform.
Homepage Update: Redesigned parts of the homepage to deliver a clearer, more B2B-focused auction experience including introducing auction blocks, removing carousels and re-arranging the sections.
Header & Navigation: Categories are now larger and paired with icons. The Become a Seller button and Direct Sales link have moved to the top left corner, while FAQ & Help is now in the top right. The Create Account option has been updated to Sign Up.

Bug fixes:

Auction Filter visibility on Storefront: When adjusting screen sizing on desktop, filters disappear between 1400 px and 1530px; the sizing issue has now been resolved.
Support for Punctuation marks in Search: Previously, when a buyer was searching for an item with a punctuation mark (eg: hyphen, apostrophe, etc.) search would produce zero results. We have now expanded the search logic to support punctuation.

Actionable Empty Searches: if a buyer’s search doesn’t return any search results, unregistered users will be able to sign up and registered users will see a list of trending items on the platform instead of hitting a dead end.
Better search results on fragmented or partial searches: Before, if a buyer’s search didn’t exactly match the product title, nothing would show up. Now if they type only part of the name or the words in a different order they’ll still see the right items.
Ability to search by all lots/auction numbers on the Storefront: Buyer can now search for Auctions via their auction id in addition to lot id.
Invoice Selection in Header: Buyers now have the option to select invoice directly from the account area in the header to make it easier for our buyers to navigate to their invoices.
Reserve Price Colour Update: The item status label (e.g., reserve price met) now uses a neutral colour scheme to provide clarity and to improve bidding confidence bidding based on the item status.
Preventing duplicate payments for same payment orders: Duplicate payments for the same payment order are now prevented, ensuring a smoother checkout experience and eliminating the need to handle refund requests for duplicates.

Fuzzy Matching in Search: Enable the buyer's to still find what they may be looking for when searching on our storefront, regardless of minor imperfections in spelling.
Recommendations on storefront for logged in users: personalised lot recommendations are now available that enables buyers to easily discover lots that match their interests.
Autobid improvements: Updated the copy to be more clear for users when using the auto-bid functionality.
Adjusted Service Level Differentiation Messaging for lots sourced from another TBA brand on the lot details page.

Bug fixes:

Updated flag iconography on storefront: Previously there was a mismatch in flag icons from the seller side vs the buyer side, some of showcased incorrect flags for countries and / or territories.

Company Identification Number (CIN) Support: Users can now enter Company Identification Numbers with country-specific validation, reducing errors and correct formatting across Europe
Bid Deposit from Profile: Buyers can proactively add deposits from their profile, preventing disruptions during bidding and enabling smoother, safer transactions.
Native Language in Language Selector: Enables the customer to view find their desired language in their native language.

Bug fixes:

Validation Edge Cases: CIN and deposit refund error handling improved with clearer messages. Clear messaging to the user has been improved to better help them understand the error they are experiencing.
Search Term Errors: Fixed issues on the third category level which was not producing pluralised results.
