The VAT deposit will be refunded after proof has been provided that the purchased item(s) have left Germany: EU buyers must complete and return a Confirmation of Arrival (Gelangensbestätigung) to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com. Please use the attached template: "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)". Non-EU buyers must send a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN, for verification purposes only) or, for lower-value goods, a completed export declaration bearing the stamp of the EU customs office of exit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com. Once the required documentation has been verified, the VAT deposit will be refunded.
