Lot is located on the second floor. CAUTION! Lot only concerns the proposition, not the content. The buyer is responsible for the professional dismantling of the lot. We advise you to take advantage of the viewing day to draw up a plan for dismantling. Damage to the property or other items will be recovered from the buyer.

However, we advise you to use the viewing day at all times to check and assess the status and appearance of the lot yourself. The minimum age for visiting the viewing and collection days is 18 years. Visitors must be able to identify themselves.
A forklift is available during the collection day. The maximum lifting capacity is 2 tonnes.
Use of the forklift truck is entirely at your own risk. In addition, waiting times may occur.
