Description
This machine is designed to automatically sharpen the chest and back surfaces (the cutting edges and top) of circular saw blades. It is mainly used in the woodworking and metalworking industry to make saw blades with various tooth shapes (such as straight, oblique or trapezoidal) razor-sharp again.
Suitable for saw blades with a diameter of 80 to 1000 mm.
400 Volts, 18 Amps. Connection value 12 kVa.
24 V DC.
Can grind teeth with a chip angle of -25 to + 30 degrees and a clearance angle of 1 to 25 degrees. Works with oil cooling to prevent overheating during grinding.

De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en ophaaldagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Tijdens de ophaaldag is een vorkheftruck met chauffeur beschikbaar, die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden. De maximale hefcapaciteit bedraagt 2500 kg. Gebruik van de vorkheftruck geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. Daarnaast kunnen zich wachttijden voordoen.
Ook is er een botenkraan aanwezig van 10.000 kg op locatie Heijningen
