Naast online bieden is het mogelijk de sluiting van de veiling bij te wonen en ten overstaan van de veilingmeester in de veilingzaal biedingen uit te brengen. De sluiting van de openbare veiling vindt plaats bij Troostwijk Veilingen, voor meer informatie kunt u de specifieke veilingvoorwaarden raadplegen.
De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en ophaaldagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Betaal eenvoudig met iDeal via uw Troostwijk Account. Het is niet mogelijk om contant of per PIN te betalen. Nadat u de auto gewonnen heeft en de betalingsorder /PO# order klaar staat in uw account onder 'mijn aankopen', dient u deze online te betalen via de Troostwijk-Auctions website of Troostwijk-Auctions app. Let op dat al uw accountgegevens goed staan die op de factuur moeten komen, wij kunnen dit niet achteraf aanpassen.
Onze partner CollectCars.nl stuurt een e-mail met instructies voor het overschrijven en ophalen van de auto. De eerste ophaaldag is enkel voor binnenlandse kopers.
De tweede en derde ophaaldag zijn uitsluitend voor buitenlandse klanten die de auto exporteren. Mocht je zelf niet in de gelegenheid zijn om het kavel op te halen, dan mag iemand anders dat voor jou doen. Zelf contact opnemen hierover is mogelijk, vermeldt dan in de mail duidelijk het kavelnummer en kenteken van de auto. Mail hiervoor naar info@collectcars.nl
Na het overhandigen van de vrijwaring of een kopie daarvan kan de auto worden meegenomen. Tijdens de ophaaldag is er geen vorkheftruck beschikbaar. Wanneer je de kavel in ontvangst neemt vragen wij je te tekenen voor een goed ontvangst. Daarmee geef je aan dat je de kavel juist en compleet hebt ontvangen. Controleer bij ontvangst dan ook altijd je kavel.
