Description
The Virtus gas cooking kettle with a capacity of 150 liters is designed for professional use in restaurants, commercial kitchens and communal catering. Thanks to indirect heating via low-pressure steam, the device is particularly suitable for uniform and gentle heating of larger quantities.
The robust design with stainless steel housing, work surface made of AISI 304 and boiler base made of AISI 316 ensures high durability in daily use. The heater is controlled by an energy regulator, while safety features such as thermocouple control, safety valve, balancing valve, and water level control with indicator light support reliable operation. Practical details such as the large front handle on the lid, water filling via adjustable tap and the 2-inch drain make daily use easier.
