• It is an auction only by auction. No exit is organized;
• During the auction, we may approach active bidders by telephone or in writing to check bids and ask for bank statements. We do this to protect bidders and the bidding process. It is therefore important that you as a bidder can be reached during the auction. Troostwijk reserves the right to block accounts during the auction.
• After the client has been awarded, a deposit note of 30% of the purchase price must be paid within 48 hours, + auction costs must be paid;
• After receiving the deposit, the purchase agreement is drawn up and signed at a notary in Berlin, Germany;
• The appointed notary sends a purchase contract including the date of the notarial transfer, if the highest bidder cannot be physically present, the purchase contract must be signed via an apostille.
