• It is an auction that is only conducted through auction. There is no way out;
• During the auction, active bidders may be contacted by telephone or in writing to verify bids and request a bank statement. This protects both the bidder and the bidding process. It is therefore important that bidders can be reached during the auction. Troostwijk reserves the right to block accounts and remove bids. In that case, a bidder who was previously the highest bidder but outbid can become the highest bidder again and be kept to the agreement.
