Technibag Packaging Solutions Bag In Box Syrup Filling Machine - Line 7 Fills a plastic bag with syrup for juice drinks. Fills bag by simultaneously removing the pre-assembled valve from bag and filling with syrup from IBC. Valve is then replaced thus sealing the product. Bag is cut from roll and is dropped into the erected carton by gravity. Case is closed using hot melt glue. Feed IBCs containing product are positioned in the adjacent laminar air flow booth and are manually coupled up to the filler. System allows for two IBCs to enable continuous filling. Line was set up for fill 3 Litre bags at time of inventory.
