The sale is only possible to business customers with a valid AGP license. After the auction closes, you must be able to present the certificate and/or licence number before the goods can be awarded. The buyer of the goods may not use the name Hooghoudt in any way in promotion or sale of the whisky from these barrels. One can only state in general communication that the barrels come from the Hooghoudt distillery, after all, that is also stated on it. However, the name Hooghoudt may not be used when selling. There is no right of withdrawal. Please see the Specific Auction Terms and Conditions for more information. The minimum age for visiting the viewing and collection days is 18 years. Visitors must be able to identify themselves. Pickup is through a pickup schedule only. The collection schedule will be announced on working days within 24 hours after receiving the email that you have won lots and can pay. During the collection day, there is no forklift truck available, organized by Troostwijk.
