The items are sold in the condition shown in the photos. Loading by buyers. Professional buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of the total purchase price to Troostwijk Germany. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. After confirming that the purchased item has left the EU, the deposit will be refunded to the buyer: - EU buyers must fill out a so-called confirmation of success [download template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" here] and return it to Troostwijk Germany in order to get the deposit refunded. - Buyers outside the EU must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN – for verification purposes only) or, in the case of goods of lower value, a completed export declaration stamped by the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
