Application: Production of welded wire mesh, reinforcement mesh, fence panels, industrial mesh and construction wire products.
Function: Automatic feeding of longitudinal and cross wires, resistance welding of wire intersections, mesh transport, tensioning, flattening and stacking of finished panels.
Electrical system: Relay logic control architecture with contactors, transformers and terminal-strip wiring. Estimated technology generation: 1970s–1980s.
Included auxiliary unit: Rail-mounted mesh handling and tensioning station with dual steel rollers, adjustable roller gap, electric motor drive, chain transmission, electromechanical controls and foot-operated safety switches.
Condition: Used, untested.
Observed condition: Production line appears substantially complete. Wire pay-off stations, welding heads, transformers, feed rollers, transport mechanisms and control cabinets are present.
