After confirmation that the purchased lot has left the EU, the deposit will be returned to the buyer: • EU buyers must complete a completed confirmation of success [download the template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" attached here] to Troostwijk Germany and return the deposit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to receive a refund. • Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded. -> The auctions are public and voluntary. All items are sold in the condition in which they lie and stand. It is expressly pointed out that no complete inventory and verification of the functionality of the auction objects was carried out.
