Type 2R machine consitis of: • Servo-driven technology with servo motors • Touchscreen control • Auto splicer • Hot melt system • Automatic pouch packaging • Automatic carton folding • Interface for online access • Estimated maximum production speed: 500 masks per minute • Estimated actual production output (24 hours): approximately 500,000 masks • Mask folding and sealing unit equipped with: o Unwinding rollers for melt-blown and non-woven material (3") o Direct servo drive o Conveyor belt o Belt folding o Rotary welding and cutting of fixed mask size o Automatic wire bending and welding o Rotary cutting and mask separation • Conveyor belt synchronized with the mask equipment speed Automatic pouch filling equipment equipped with: • Feed conveyor for rolls • Film unwinder for pouches • Side and longitudinal sealing units • 10 pouches per package pouch The line is dismantled and packed on pallets and stored in a heated and dry warehouse. Vacuum motor is missing.
