Pick-up of this lot is by appointment, you will be contacted to make an appointment. Please note: After the client has been awarded, the buyer has the choice to appoint a notary's office to take care of the delivery. Troostwijk Auctions has requested an indication of the costs from VDB Notarissen (in Waalre, Rosmalen and Maastricht). For taking care of the settlement and delivery, and therefore without further supervision of the auction, the fee is between € 2,300 and € 2,700 excluding turnover tax and other costs. The entire statement can be found in the appendix. The entire purchase price may have to be paid to the notary's third-party account.
