Camera head:
The PI-MAX camera head houses the CCD sensor and the intensifier, providing all the necessary high voltages for intensifier operation. Cooling is provided by a fan and a multi-stage Peltier cooler. Adapters for C, F and spectroscopy mounts are available. The camera can be operated in different modes: safe mode, shutter mode and gate mode.
