THE FENCES ARE PACKED ON DISPOSABLE PALLETS. DUE TO THE WIDTH OF 250 CM, ONLY SIDE LOADING IS POSSIBLE. THE SIDE LOADING IS CARRIED OUT BY THE SELLER. IF THE GOODS ARE PICKED UP WITH A VAN OR TRUCK WITH A BOX BODY, THE GOODS MUST BE RELOADED INDIVIDUALLY AND BY HAND BY THE CUSTOMER ON SITE. The invoice must be shown as proof at the time of collection. Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Deutschland on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. After confirmation that the purchased lot has left the EU, the deposit will be returned to the buyer: • EU buyers must complete a completed confirmation of success [download the template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" attached here] to Troostwijk Germany and return the deposit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to receive a refund. • Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
