Description
- Cleaning facility designed for the treatment of recycled wood mixed with impurities and converting it into clean fractions with separation of metals, plastics and aggregates.
- Capacity 20000 kg/h.
- Includes:
• Feeding area with hydraulic pushers that advance the material continuously towards a lifting belt at the entrance to the tower, avoiding blockages and regulating the inflow flow.
• Preliminary separator for the removal of fine aggregates and dust.
• Ferric metal removal units using electromagnets.
• Eddy current separators of non-ferrous metals.
• Densimetric separators for separating plastics, papers, foams, etc.
• High capacity vibrating screen PAL DCC 150 MC for the expulsion of heavy particles (sand, stones, glass, etc.).
• Bag filter for extraction and filtration of fine dust.
• The conveyor belts marked with a red X in photos number 9-10-11 are not included.

- EX WORKS Sale. Dismantling, disconnection, loading and removal at the expense of the buyer, who must comply with current regulations on occupational risk prevention, health and safety in industrial work, providing the necessary documentation, insurance and accreditations.
