The devices comply with the current legal requirements for installation in commercial vehicles (intelligent tachographs, Smart Tachograph Generation 2) and can be fully equipped with the attached DSRC modules.

Payment Process
We strongly advise you to take a viewing day to inspect the lots you are interested in on site before placing a bid.
Both the buyer and the person commissioned by him can take part in the inspection by appointment. The tickets are bought - "as seen". This means that the lots are not checked and no guarantee is given for function and completeness, unless this is expressly stated in the lot description.
Since bids cannot be canceled, it is important that you make an informed decision about placing a bid.
If you are picking up a lot and have specific questions or concerns, please contact the on-site staff immediately.
If you have already collected the lot and would like to contact us afterwards with a question or problem, please note that we may not be able to help you if it is something that you could/should have noticed during the viewing.
COLLECTION: If you do not comply with your obligation to collect, any storage and administration costs (in the amount of €50 per day per invoice), as well as necessary clearance and disposal costs (charged according to actual costs incurred) will be offset against the amount of your paid invoice and the amount due will be retained.
If the amount due exceeds the invoice amount, the transfer of ownership goes back to the seller and you lose any right to your auctioned goods.
If there is a difference between storage and administration costs, as well as necessary clearance and disposal costs and the invoice paid, then this difference will be transferred back, and the transfer of ownership will also go back to the seller.
