Description
- Machine designed for automatic shot blasting of castings, stamped parts and other hooked parts.
- Maximum load per hoist: 2,000 kg.
- Maximum dimensions of the pieces: Ø2,000 x 2,400 mm in height.
- First theoretical shot load: 2,000 kg.
- Installed power of the machine with STM separator: approx.
40 kW total - Acceptable ambient temperature: from -5 ºC to +40 ºC.
- Pneumatic equipment with a operating pressure of 580 kPa.
- Compressed air consumption: approx. 3 N m³/h.
- Includes shot blast chamber protected with anti-wear material.
- It has an overhead conveyor for handling the parts.
- Incorporates a vacuum system and dust filter.
- It has 4 turbines
- The machine is prepared for connection to the vacuum/filter assembly.
- The working system allows the rotation and translation movement of the hook for a uniform finish.
