The MBH M-8809EL Elliptical Trainer cardio equipment is low impact on the joints, allowing the athlete to train more intensively and longer. A natural stride length of 50 cm (19 inches) and the user-friendly and clear LCD display equipped with 14 training programs allow each user to vary his or her programs.
