On the second floor, consisting of: 1x pressure valve cabinet, 4x “Single” high temperature control unit type STO-1-48- 100-D4 (2008), 4x 1-door valve manifold vacuum cabinet, 1x 1-door electrical switch cabinet, combined piping and steel structure with platforms and stair, used floor space approximately 20.000x13.500mm.

On pickup day, a forklift with an operator will be available on-site and may be used free of charge.
The maximum lifting capacity is 1.5 tons.
