KVM Contrete block production line (C)

Consisting of;
- Concrete infeed chute/container.
- 1 "KVM" block making machine, type 15-1411. Max. mold dimension approximately 620x800 mm. Base plate input conveyor, plate dimension 900x665 mm. Including approximately 2100 "WASA" plates. Total unit size approximately 2300x5000x3500 mm.
- 1x Face mix station "KVM" type 05-6278, total unit dimension approximately 2600x2100x3200 mm, including "Demag" chain hoist. With output roller conveyor width 900 mm, length 4200 mm and rotating brush unit, brush width 1200 mm. Unit dimension 1300x1700x1600 mm.
- Mixing/dosing tank diameter approximately 2500 mm (on mezzanine). With double sided "Betotek" dosing system, consisting of: main conveyor dimension approximately 1000x5000 mm,
- 2x conveyor with hopper on metal frame belt dimension approximately 650x2500/3000 mm and 1 "SKAKO" elevated conveyor dimension approximately 600x8500 mm.
- 2x chain conveyor dimension approximately 630x9500/12100 mm.
- Breaker unit "MIV", cy. 2000, unit dimension approximately 2800x2400x2700 mm, incl. control cabinet. Note! Currently out of use (memory control needs replacement).
- Output roller conveyor width 900 mm, length 7200 mm with rotating brush.
- Base plate flipper.
- Including central control cabinet and power cabinets.
