After receipt of the payment, a Deed of Assignment in the name will be drawn up by our client. The buyer will receive this document by e-mail. With the Deed of Allocation and the invoice, a replacement registration certificate can be requested from the RDW. The buyer can contact the RDW (088- 0087477) to request an application form for replacement of a registration card and registration code or by e-mail via: vvk@rdw.nl . The RDW will then inform the buyer in writing whether he can register his purchase in his name with identification and the letter from the RDW or whether the RDW will also call the vehicle for a visual inspection. When a visual inspection is necessary, the transport of the vehicle to the RDW (and back to the storage location) is arranged from this location. The buyer must be present at the RDW inspection. There are costs associated not only with transport to and from the inspection, but also with the visual inspection at the RDW itself. These costs are borne by the buyer. After payment of all costs, the registration card and registration code will be sent within a few working days. On the basis of a copy of the registration card, the vehicle can be picked up in Loon op Zand after making an appointment with Troostwijk. Due to the above procedure, it is possible that the lot cannot be picked up on the scheduled collection day.
