We hereby offer the historic apartment complex at Dorfstrasse 9 in Dohndorf Sachen Anhalt for sale.
The complex from 1898 has already been partly renovated but still needs to be finished.
The roof was renewed in 2013 and equipped with thick insulation and new velux skylights. It is said that this repair cost more than €180,000. Almost all windows are equipped with PVC frames with double glazing. About 10 windows still need to be replaced.

• It is an auction only by auction. No exit is organized;
• During the auction, we may approach active bidders by telephone or in writing to check bids and ask for bank statements. We do this to protect bidders and the bidding process.
