Description
We hereby offer the historic apartment complex at Dorfstrasse 9 in Dohndorf Sachen Anhalt for sale.

The complex from 1898 has already been partly renovated but still needs to be finished.

The roof was renewed in 2013 and equipped with thick insulation and new velux skylights. It is said that this repair cost more than €180,000. Almost all windows are equipped with PVC frames with double glazing. About 10 windows still need to be replaced.

The complex is centrally heated by two oil-fired Buderus stoves. The last emission monitoring took place on April 23, 2026. The property has 6 entrances. The stairwells are spacious and characteristic.

Of the 15 apartments, 3 are currently inhabited. Two tenants have already had their leases terminated in the past, the third tenant was verbally informed in April that he will have to move soon.
