Description
- Excellent performance and design compliant with the relevant regulations for any concrete-concrete and steel-concrete connection - ETA certifications for anchoring with C1 and C2 seismic loads and for reinforcing rods with seismic and fire resistance;
- The first epoxy mortar qualified according to EAD 332402-00-0601 for concrete-concrete connections – end anchors with acting moment can now be designed and manufactured with post-installed reinforcing rods without joints according to the latest design update TR069 for static, seismic and fire loads for fire requirements up to 240min;
- Suitable for the toughest jobsite conditions: it also works in core-drilled, wet, or underwater applications (depending on bar specifications and certifications), extremely deep injections, large diameters, and temperatures down to -5°C / 23°F;
- Outstanding adhesion values in structural applications, in cracked concrete and in C2 seismic conditions. Simple and optimized design: PROFIS Engineering allows you to design base plate connections and PROFIS Rebar allows you to design concrete-to-concrete connections according to EC2 and TR069.
Applications:
- Structural connections with post-installed reinforcing rods (e.g. floor extensions, wall-column connections, stairs, foundations, etc.);
- Structural consolidation of buildings, bridges and other civil works, retrofitting and reinforcement of concrete elements;
