Additional details
LOADING: The loading of the auctioned goods is only possible in suitable vehicles or trailers; Cars cannot be loaded. Heavy and large equipment must not be loaded into vans, as axle loads and load securing must be observed. All equipment is provided on suitable pallets and can be loaded by forklift, provided that a suitable transport vehicle is available. LOADING ASSISTANCE: 3000 kg forklift and 5000 kg crane available. VAT DEPOSIT: Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Germany on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. After confirmation that the purchased lot has left the EU, the deposit will be returned to the buyer: • EU buyers must complete a completed confirmation of success [download the template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" attached here] to Troostwijk Germany and return the deposit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to receive a refund. • Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
