Sizes: gutter height: 240cm, ridge height: 620cm, width: 18.70m, length: 49.60m. Complete with contents, outside manure elevator belt, collection area and silos

Dismantling takes place in consultation with the seller. Consisting of a complete chicken barn with contents. (Electricity box not included)
Steel construction is in good condition with corrugated iron asbestos-free roof. Map as pdf in the attachment.
Remarks
The seller also offers the following options: dismantling the shed and loading it into trucks. Renting out the necessary equipment for dismantling on location.
Both options are negotiable with the seller. Costs for this are not included in the bid and are done in consultation after the sale of the barn.
Barn must be completely dismantled before May 31.

The collection of the purchased goods is done as follows:
After receiving your payment, the seller will contact you to make a pick-up appointment. You will then receive the exact address.
The city and province where the plots are located is indicated with the plot.
The minimum age for visiting the collection days is 18 years. Visitors must be able to identify themselves.

No viewing day will be organized for this auction.
For each lot, an administration fee of € 100 will be charged.
