Description
- Complete installation for the preparation and recovery of sand for foundry.
- It consists of:
- Various feeding and return conveyor belts.
- Polygonal sieve.
- FELEMAMG SF-RCP permanent magnet magnetic separator.
- Bucket elevator, capacity approximately 200,000 kg/hour.
- 3 silos for return sand storage, diameter 4000 mm, approximate capacity of each silo 65 m³.
- 4 silos for additives with a diameter of 2000 mm, approximate output 8 m³/hour.
- Lung hopper.
- 3 material reception silos (coal, bentonite and new sand), diameter 3000 mm, capacity approximately 42 m³ each.
- DISA SAM 16-180S mixing mill: year of manufacture 2005, serial number 16.180.18.019, load capacity 5,000 kg, cycle 180 sec.
- Fine aspiration.
- The sand cooler that appears in a photograph IS NOT included.
- Operating conditions of this machine: unchecked.
- EX WORKS Sale. Dismantling, disconnection, loading and removal at the expense of the buyer, who must comply with current regulations on occupational risk prevention, health and safety in industrial work, providing the necessary documentation, insurance and accreditations.
