Lot needs to be professionally disassembled. Lot is connected to electricity/gas, pipe and/or cabling needs to be capped. Damage and/or negligence to the property will be recovered from the buyer. We advise you to bring your own materials.

During the collection day, a forklift with driver is available, which can be used free of charge. The maximum lifting capacity is 2.5 tonnes.
