The dGH21/dRGH21 signal horn is designed for warning, calling, and signaling purposes in potentially explosive Group II areas and for harsh environmental conditions. The signal horn produces a noise level of approximately 105 dB(A) at a distance of 1 meter. The characteristic horn sound clearly distinguishes itself from any ambient noise with a higher frequency. The handset is available for all common supply voltages. The dRGH21 version is equipped with a call current relay and emits the signals in the pulse frequency of the incoming phone call. Explosion protection is achieved by using a pressure-resistant installation compartment and a connection compartment of the "increased safety" type. The pressure-resistant compartment contains the electromagnetic drive system and, in the case of the dRGH21 version, also the call current relay. The diaphragm and sound conductor are located outside the pressure-resistant compartment under a sealing cap. The housing is made of synthetic material, which guarantees corrosion-free operation and classification in protection class II. As a result, no equipotential bonding conductor is required. The design of the housing ensures a high degree of robustness with a low weight. All DC variants are equipped with an electronic disconnector, which guarantees a significantly longer service life compared to conventional solutions. Funke Exploline 24VDC / 0.35A
