Applications: electrolysis (hydrogen, chlorine), electrochemical processes, metallurgy, electro-extraction and high-current industrial power supplies.

1. ISO 30" plug & play container (32,000 kg)
Dimensions: L 9.20 m x W 3.0 m x H 3.95 m.
Fully insulated and fire-resistant industrial container, divided into 4 independent compartments with fire doors, fire detection system, humidity control and removable roof for cooling unit.

Transformer compartment:
TMC 5000 kVA dry-type transformer, three-phase 50 Hz (IEC 60076-11), primary voltage 20 kV, Dd0y11 coupling, secondary voltage 360–460 V adjustable.
Air/glycol water cooling, class E4/C3/F1, thermal class H, transmission by cooled copper rods, EGV rembe explosion protection.

Cooling compartment:
Forced air cooling with automatic system of glycol water injection pumps in a closed circuit.

Rectifier compartment:
Friem thyristor DC rectifier (4 x DRP7.0), high current power 2 x 4500 A DC / 536 V.
Coet DFM 3.6 kV disconnectors, harmonic filters, ATEX air conditioning, Rembe explosion protection.

Control compartment:
Complete control cabinets with PLCs, Siemens/ABB control units, transformer protection and fire systems.

2. Cooling system box (2,800 kg)
Stainless steel plate heat exchanger, double fan air conditioning, stainless steel tank and connections for air/glycol water circuit.
Unit ready to be installed on the roof of the container.

3. Access and security box (1,200 kg)
Galvanized aluminum staircase and railing for safe access to the roof.
