NEW Friem PSU plug & play container industrial power conversion set with TMC 3000 kVA 20 kV HTA AC dry transformer, 2 x 2300 A DC HIGH CURRENT DC thyristor power rectifier (HTA-BT-DC high intensity) and harmonic filtration.
1 - Friem 30" ISO container:
Transport dimensions L 8.50 m x W 2.55 m x H 3.25 m, weight 20,000 kg. 4 insulated parts with fire doors, fire and humidity alarm and detection system, removable roof to accommodate the cooling unit.
Part 1:
TMC 2889 kVA dry type high voltage power transformer, Graetz bridges, three-phase 50 Hz IEC 60076-11:2018 standard, input voltage 20,000 V, Dd0y1 coupling, LV voltage 330 to 445 V adjustable, air/glycol water cooling, environmental class E4/C3/F1, weight 6200 kg. Transmission by cooled copper bars. Rembe EGV wind explosion door with ES signaling unit, forced ventilation and closed-circuit air/water cooler.
Part 2:
Forced air coolers and automatic brine injection pump system.
Part 3:
DC power rectifier with 2 Coet SFI122 disconnectors (2 x 2300 A), 2 Texa Industrie ATEX air conditioning systems, Friem thyristor grinder 2 x DRP 7.0, harmonic filters, Rembe EGV explosion door with ES signaling unit.
Part 4:
3-section electrical control cabinets including PLCs, Siemens/ABB control units, fire control panel, transformer protection, DRP 7.0 grinding modules.
