• It is an auction only by auction. No exit is organized;
• During the auction, active bidders may be contacted by telephone or in writing to verify bids and to request a bank statement. This serves to protect both the bidder and the bidding process. It is therefore important that bidders can be reached during the auction. Troostwijk reserves the right to block accounts and remove bids. In that case, a bidder who was previously the highest bidder but outbid can then become the highest bidder again and be kept to the bargain.
• After the client has been awarded, the entire purchase price (100%) must be paid within 48 hours;
• After receipt of payment, the purchase agreement is drawn up by a local notary; • Payment of the other costs must be made after signing the purchase agreement;
• Please note: a bid placed is unconditional and irrevocable;
• 21% VAT is charged on the auction costs;
