Electrically operated, openable flat skylight that is opened wirelessly with a Z-Wave system.
Roof windows from FAKRO are an excellent solution to illuminate the interior with natural light when it is not possible to install vertical windows or when there is insufficient light in the room. One of the main advantages of these windows is their high thermal insulation. They are equipped with P2 double glazing with a tempered outer window. The U-value of the window is ?? 0.92. Electrically openable versions provide full control over the airflow.

De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en ophaaldagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Tijdens de ophaaldag is een vorkheftruck met chauffeur beschikbaar, die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden. De maximale hefcapaciteit bedraagt 2500 kg.
Kopers zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor de demontage van hun kavels. Bij kavels zwaarder dan 2,5 ton dient de koper zelf een passende heftruck of hijskraan te organiseren.
Gebruik van de vorkheftruck geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. Daarnaast kunnen zich wachttijden voordoen.
