Please note! The buyer is responsible for the professional dismantling of this lot. Pick up Wednesday 15 January between 0900-1600. Plot can be connected to the electricity, water and/or gas pipeline network. Cabling and/or pipes must be neatly capped and left in an orderly manner. Damage to the property or other items will be recovered from the buyer. We advise you to take advantage of the viewing day to draw up a plan for dismantling.
Remarks
Not all irregularities and signs of wear are clearly visible in the images. If there are new or unused objects, the above does not apply. However, we advise you to use the viewing day at all times to check and assess the status and appearance of the lot yourself. Any pallets, crates, trolleys, straps or other internal (transport) equipment that can be seen in the photos will not be delivered with the lot, unless otherwise stated in additional information.

De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en uitleverdagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Tijdens de afhaaldag is op de locatie Oostvoorne en Zwartewaal een vorkheftruck met chauffeur beschikbaar, die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden.
De maximale hefcapaciteit op de locatie bedraagt 2,5 ton.
Gebruik van de vorkheftruck geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. Daarnaast kunnen zich wachttijden voordoen.
