Description
• The former restaurant ship North Palace, marked with brand 11190 B A 1992.
• The dimensions are approximately 30.00 meters long and 12.00 meters wide. The ship consists of 4 decks with a total surface area of approximately 1,200 m², of which approximately 900 m² of interior floor space and approximately 300 m² of outdoor space, located on the top, open floor that is suitable (or can be set up) as a roof terrace.
• This type of vessel is a pontoon, built by Northland Dutch Yacht Builders between 1991 and 1993. An area thickness measurement was carried out in October 2023; The results of this report can be found in the data room.
• In the past, the iconic Chinese restaurant 'North Palace' was located in the ship. The ship has not been in use since 2013.
• With a view to a new function, drawings were drawn up in July 2020 to transform the restaurant into a hotel or an alternative use. These concept drawings are included in the data room. No further assessment of the feasibility of this has taken place.
• In addition, an architect has drawn up a 3D drawing of the ship. Both the drawing and the accompanying invoice are negotiable to the new owner.
• The top floor is open, for the possible creation of a large roof terrace. As a result, the pontoon fits under most bridges. The exact height is approximately 9 meters.
• Notarial guidance: Since this ship is registered in the cadastral register, notarial transfer is mandatory for award and delivery. The choice of the notary is free, unless otherwise agreed. All costs related to the notarial handling and delivery, including but not limited to notary fees, land registry fees, searches and any additional deeds, are fully borne by the buyer.
