The minimum age for visiting the viewing and collection days is 18 years. Visitors must be able to identify themselves.
There is no forklift available during the collection day. Pay easily with iDeal via your Troostwijk Account. It is not possible to pay in cash or by PIN. After you have won the car and the payment order /PO# order is ready in your account under 'my purchases', you must pay for it online via the Troostwijk-Auctions website or Troostwijk-Auctions app. Please make sure that all your account details are correct that should be on the invoice, we cannot adjust this afterwards. Please note, you will receive the registration codes at the pick-up location. If you wish to receive them earlier, please email info@automotive-auctions.nl. This is recommended if you are not picking up the car yourself. After handing over the indemnity or a copy, you or your transporter can take the car with you. Delivery of the won car is also possible. Within the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) this costs €165 excl. VAT. After you have paid for the car, the transport will be scheduled and the car will be delivered to you on average after 5 working days from the collection day. When you receive the lot, we ask you to sign for a good reception. This indicates that you have received the lot correctly and completely. Always check your lot upon receipt.
