DEC - 2019 - ISOCHARGE - Contained Powder Unloading

ISOCHARGE DEC unloading station for OEB5 product, equipped with a drum tipper for unloading High Potent raw materials, in bags or kegs (height 620 mm, diameter 338 mm) The ISOCHARGE is equipped with a side entrance door allowing easy and quick introduction of product bags. The bags are opened manually with the help of gloves and emptied into the unloading cone. The product then passes through the integrated crusher and then the decompaction hopper (LB), before being loaded from this hopper via the PTS system (PTS not included in this batch). Empty bags are discharged from the chamber through an extraction port equipped with a continuous liner system (CLS). A filter is installed in the front door to prevent the product from swelling after the PTS is stopped. The air outlet is positioned in front of the front door and is equipped with a pre-filter and two safe-change HEPA filters. High containment is provided by laminar airflow, generated by the integrated fan, combined with a high-performance filtration system. The pre-filter and HEPA filters are checked by differential pressure gauges indicating the right time to replace them. The ISOCHARGE has an Automatic and Manual Clean-in-Place (WIP) system with spray gun and spray balls.
