Due to the special internal dimensions, especially the interior height of about 3 meters, these containers are suitable as a storage area, but also ideal as a basis for a tiny house.
These containers are also often used as a caravan or motorhome storage place, and classic cars also find the ideal place in them.
There are also manufacturers who offer round roofs for containers to build an entire storage area and park your fleet in the middle.
Also, some storage boxes/self-storage were built with these containers, where many craftsmen and self-employed people rent to store their material and tools, planning and execution can be asked.
Please observe these neutralization obligations before submitting a bid • The buyer or buyers are obliged to return the container(s) within 14 calendar days after collection and shall bear all costs for this. • Neutralisation is mandatory for bidding and winning the bid as follows: it includes the Removal of all DB company logos, removal of the container prefix and change of CSC Badge relating to the owner. • Proof of neutralization is by the buyer within 14 calendar days of collection without being asked to do so at the auction house .

It is only loaded by container forklift. Low bed or special permit is mandatory, otherwise there will be no loading!

• Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
