Electric Boiler Stainless Steel, including 6 baskets. 20 liters, 20kW, 400V. A stainless steel produced
boiler with an electric tilting element of 20kW has a baking capacity of 2 to
2.5 kilos of fries per basket. The tilt element makes the kettle easy to clean.
Full touch control screen including PID control, allowing for an even better
temperature control.
Baking tray, hard chromed surface plate 595x520mm.
Automatic grease filter system, with pump pipe. You can easily remove the fat/oil
filter and pump back to the desired boiler or the grease barrel, if the pump pipe is
is connected.
