The minimum age for visiting the viewing and collection days is 18 years. Visitors must be able to identify themselves.
There is no forklift available during the collection day. Pay easily with iDeal via your Troostwijk Account. It is not possible to pay in cash or by PIN. After you have won the car and the payment order /PO# order is ready in your account under 'my purchases', you must pay for it online via the Troostwijk-Auctions website or Troostwijk-Auctions app. Please make sure that all your account details are correct that should be on the invoice, we cannot adjust this afterwards. Our partner CollectCars.nl will send an email with instructions on how to transfer and collect the car. The first collection day is for domestic buyers only. The second and third collection days are exclusively for foreign customers who export the car. If you are not able to pick up the lot yourself, someone else can do it for you. It is possible to contact us about this yourself, please clearly state the lot number and license plate of the car in the email.
