Description
In the 1930s, Herbert Austin saw the successes that Ford had in America with the Model T.
Austin already made the Seven in England and had great success with this.
That is why Herbert Austin made a derivative of this and that became the American Austin.
However, it was not a sales success in America, the Americans thought they were only small rotten cars and the brand flopped; That is why this is a rare car, in Europe there are only 4 on registration. The interior has been authentically restored and renewed by Kuijpers in Kerkrade; This car has been standing still for 2 years now.
