Viewings can only be arranged before bidding and at short notice. The transfer of ownership can be completed through a local notary or remotely through the Bulgarian Embassy in The Hague.
Land ownership and permanent residency rights are available to all EU citizens. Notary and legal fees are approximately €600 plus 7% of the purchase price (fully inclusive) for EU citizens. Non-EU citizens can also own land by setting up a non-trading Ltd. company in Bulgaria. Fees and conditions differ for non-EU citizens; They must request information before bidding.

• It is an auction only by auction. No exit is organized; • During the auction, active bidders may be contacted by telephone or in writing to verify bids and to request a bank statement.
