Description
The newly fabricated, galvanized steel structure has the following dimensions:
Main hall: approx. 20.0m X 40.0m (AK steel structure)
Pitched roof: approx. 5,145m X 20,195m (AK steel construction)
It consists of 7 frame trusses and 2 gable constructions.
Eaves height main hall: 5m (OK foundation to OK column)
Roof pitch: 10°
The main hall is hot-dip galvanized. The roof purlins and wall beams are strip galvanized.
The steel structure was newly manufactured and has never been assembled.
The scope of delivery includes a testable statics (according to EN 1993 – German national annex).
It is designed for snow load zone 2 (Sk = 0.85 kN/m²) and wind zone 2
In addition, an additional load (20 kg/m²) for a flat photovoltaic system was taken into account.
The statics were written in German.
The substructure for a ridge skylight strip (approx. 2.0m X 20.0m) is also included.
A total of 2 gate frames, 5 door frames, and 9 window frames are included (see plans for dimensions).
Part of the offer is the concrete base made of insulated prefabricated elements.
These prefabricated parts are still stored at our supplier in 41812 Erkelenz and would have to be picked up there.
The planned façade made of sandwich panels (100mm core) is not part of the offer. Only the steel structure and the prefabricated base are offered.
The necessary screws for assembling the steel structure are included.
The steel structure is stored in 47665 Sonsbeck-Hamb and can be loaded onto the trucks free of charge with a forklift on request.
In our opinion, 2 open trucks (40t) are needed to transport the steel structure.
Total weight approx. 25t. Max. length approx. 10.2m. It is recommended to use open trucks.
For the transport of the pedestal 2 open trucks (40t) will probably also be needed.
The weight of the precast plinths is approx. 28t. The maximum length of the precast plinths is approx. 5.56m.

Additional details
Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Deutschland on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. After confirmation that the purchased lot has left the EU, the deposit will be returned to the buyer:
• EU buyers must complete a completed confirmation of success [download the template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" attached here] to Troostwijk Germany and return the deposit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to receive a refund.
• Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
