Pick-up is only possible after prior written appointment.
Only the item designated in the heading (only the machine) is for sale. Objects, attachments, tools, pallets, shelves or other materials visible in the photos are not part of the auction unless they are expressly mentioned in writing in the item description.
All dimensions, weights, technical data and operating hours are approximate indications. No guarantee is given for correctness and completeness. Deviations are reserved.
A forklift (1.6 t) is available by arrangement. There is no entitlement to free loading assistance, unless it is not time-consuming. In the event of extraordinary or disproportionate effort, we reserve the right to charge separately for any additional expenses incurred.
The buyer is solely responsible for dismantling, loading and transporting. Mining is at your own responsibility and risk and must be coordinated in advance.
In the case of high crane systems, indoor cranes or machines at greater heights, the dismantling must be carried out by the buyer. Necessary lifting platforms, cranes or other aids must be rented at your own expense.
Mining by us will only take place after a separate written agreement and against a predetermined flat rate (xx € net). There is no entitlement to this.
Shipping only by written agreement. Organisation, risk and costs are borne by the buyer.
Some machines are still in operation; the operating hours may increase until the handover. This does not constitute a defect.
The sale is made under exclusion of any warranty and liability for material defects. No withdrawal or renegotiation.

Feather-light and custom-fit packaging
With the hydraulically operated FOAMplus® Bag Packer² foam cushioning machine, our FOAMplus® Tubes (foam cushion chains) can be produced directly at the packing station in addition to foam cushions. The two-component foam packaging is produced directly at the packing station, thus saving storage space and costs.
The FOAMplus® cushions and tubes are very light, extremely shock-resistant and individual in their application for cushioning, fixing and easy filling of cavities. As a result, they ensure a high level of product protection and are suitable for products with changing or complex contours, serial items, fragile products and high-value products.
The user-friendly 10-inch display makes it easy to set the size and fill level of the bags, program bag sequences, and store and retrieve defined pad sizes via barcodes.
The Bag Packer² can be easily integrated into existing packaging processes, as it can be used offline at the individual packing station or inline at the conveyor belt.

All items are sold in the condition in which they lie and stand.
It is expressly pointed out that no complete inventory and verification of the functionality of the auction objects will be carried out.
Bidders are strongly advised to make use of the opportunity granted to them to inspect/examine the purchased items before submitting bids.
No warranty.
VAT DEPOSIT: Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Germany on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. After confirmation that the purchased lot has left the EU, the deposit will be returned to the buyer:
• EU buyers must complete a completed confirmation of success [download the template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" attached here] to Troostwijk Germany and return the deposit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to receive a refund.
• Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
