The Autobyte 3602D is an automated cutting system with high-quality Morso guillotine knives for perfect angles in wood, plastic and MDF. With a capacity of more than 500 frames per hour, you save material thanks to the minimal cutting loss margin of only 1 mm (instead of 6 mm with conventional saws). The automatic material loader picks up to 13 lengths, clamps hold everything firmly and a splitter sorts the saw pieces and removes the debris. Control via Mitsubishi touchscreen and PLC, pneumatics from SMC.
