The Valka waterjet cutting machine has been developed for processing fish fillet.
The water cutting machine automatically removes bones and cuts the desired batches. The machine uses a combination of an X-ray and 3D image processing system and (robotic) controlled water jets to locate and cut bones and batches with great accuracy.
The system analyzes each fillet and cuts very uniform batches based on size, weight and thickness according to your specifications.
Several cutting patterns or programs may be defined and different sizes of fillets may be cut into different pallets.

PAY ATTENTION!!
The machine is set up on the ground floor, the facilities including the high-pressure supply (pump installation) and compressed air installation are set up on the first floor. Dismantling therefore requires some knowledge and attention.
