The agreements are then made directly with the above-mentioned partner companies. The auctions are public and voluntary. All items are sold in the condition in which they lie and stand. It is expressly pointed out that no complete inventory and verification of the functionality of the auction objects will be carried out. Bidders are strongly advised to make use of the opportunity granted to them to inspect/examine the purchased items before submitting bids. No warranty. VAT DEPOSIT: Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Germany on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany.
